U13, U11 and U9 evaluation skates are complete for the 2021/22 season.

U7 Volunteer Sign Up for Coaches, Evaluators and Off-Ice Positions
U13 (Peewee / 2009 and 2010 birth years)
U13 players will be evaluated and tiered according to the Alberta One tiering model. The U13 evaluation process will include the following skates:
- Evaluated skill skate (timed drills) on Saturday, September 11
Players will then be ranked and grouped based on skill skate results. Each player will participate in three evaluated scrimmages to allow for player movement up and down within the ranks, prior to team formation:
- Scrimmage #1 on Sunday, September 12
- Scrimmage #2 on Saturday, September 18
- Scrimmage #3 on Sunday, September 19
U13 goaltenders will participate in two evaluated skill sessions, on Friday, September 10 and Saturday, September 11, to provide initial rankings. They will then participate in the three evaluated scrimmages to determine final rankings for team formation.
At the U13 category only, SWAT will receive player and goaltender cuts from the SSAC and CAC U13AA tryouts, during the evaluation process. These players will be integrated into the SWAT evaluation process at the earliest opportunity.
U11 (Atom / 2011 and 2012 birth years)
U11 players will be evaluated and tiered according to the Alberta One tiering model. The U11 evaluation process will include the following skates:
- Evaluated skill skate (timed drills) on Saturday, September 11
Players will then be ranked and grouped based on skill skate results. Each player will participate in three evaluated scrimmages to allow for player movement up and down within the ranks, prior to team formation:
- Scrimmage #1 on Sunday, September 12
- Scrimmage #2 on Saturday, September 18
- Scrimmage #3 on Sunday, September 19
U11 Goaltenders will participate in two evaluated skill sessions, on Friday, September 10 and Saturday, September 11, to provide initial rankings. They will then participate in the three evaluated scrimmages to determine final rankings for team formation.
U9 (Novice / 2013 and 2014 birth years)
U9 players will be evaluated and tiered according to the Alberta One tiering model. The U9 evaluation process will include the following skates:
- Unevaluated skill skate (introduction to drills) on Saturday, September 11
- Evaluated skill skate (timed drills) on Sunday, September 12
Players will then be ranked and grouped based on skill skate results. Each player will participate in two evaluated scrimmages to allow for player movement up and down within the ranks, prior to team formation:
- Scrimmage #1 on Saturday, September 18
- Scrimmage #2 on Sunday, September 19
U7 Sr. and Jr. Timbits (2015 and 2016 birth years)
Sr. and Jr. Timbits teams will be comprise a blend of skill levels. A single evaluation skate will be held for these categories:
- U7 Sr. Timbits Evaluation Schedule on Saturday, September 25-Final AT Terwillegar Rink C
U7 Jr.Timbits Unevaluated Skates on Saturday, September 25-Final At Terwillegar Rink C
U7 Discovery (2017 birth year)
No evaluation skates will be held for this category.
