Quikcard Edmonton Minor Hockey Week (QEMHW) does not have a cold weather policy; therefore, will adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Hockey Alberta One-Weather Travel Policy (page 27).

Hockey Edmonton’s primary concern is the safety of their families. As parents, the decision to travel to a game will be left to your discretion. If a team decides not to participate in a game, it is mandatory to inform the opposing team of their decision.

Given the constraints of QEMHW, rescheduling games is not feasible due to the time and ice availability. Consequently, if a team chooses not to play, they will be required to forfeit the game.
