SWAT Hockey is pleased to provide our budding U-9 goalies with the opportunity to train at ZerOne over the upcoming holiday break.

Elevate your goaltending skills with SWAT’s three-day holiday goalie camp. This camp is designed for goalies who want to sharpen their technique, improve their conditioning, and take their game to the next level. The camp includes:

45 minutes/day of off-ice warm up with our premier strength team

  • To complement on-ice training, each session will also include a targeted off-ice warm up led by ZerOne’s premier strength team. The exercises focus on mobility, core strength, explosiveness and flexibility to enhance your overall performance on the ice.
45 minutes/day of on-ice instruction with Ty Rimmer
  • Under the guidance of Ty Rimmer, you’ll receive personalized, hands-on training to refine your positioning, reaction time, puck tracking and situational awareness. Ty’s expertise, combined with small group sizes, ensures individualized attention to target areas for improvement.

Camp Schedule

  • Friday, Dec. 27 from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 28 from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 29 from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m.

Please note we will keep a wait list, and if interest is high, we will look at opening a second camp and/or adding additional camps in January/February 2025.
