Join SWAT Hockey for a one-of-a kind night at the West Edmonton Mall (WEM) World Waterpark! This fundraiser is for SWAT Hockey families and friends, and you won’t want to miss it!

Time: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Tickets: $35 each. The ticket purchase deadline is Oct. 26

Please note there is no limit on tickets – you can buy as many as you would like. All proceeds go to SWAT Hockey.

There are no scheduling conflicts or barriers for any SWAT teams to participate. We’ve confirmed with EFHL that no SWAT teams will have practices or games during the event.

Incentives!

We’re also adding some fun incentives to help us hit our goal:

  • If we sell 1,250 tickets, one lucky ticket purchaser will win a pair of Oilers tickets (one entry per ticket purchased).
  • If we sell 1,300 tickets, the team with the most ticket sales will win a Boston Pizza party before the event!

FAQs

  1. Why is the event in the evening?
    We planned a morning event last spring, and the overwhelming feedback was that evenings work much better for families.
  2. Will there be any games or practices that night?
    No. EFHL has confirmed that SWAT teams will have no ice times during the event.
  3. Why do tickets need to be purchased so early?
    WEM requires full payment 30 days in advance. The earlier we reach our goal, the more we can relax and focus on having fun!

Rules

If you’re participating in SWAT’s biggest pool party, please take note of the following WEM World Waterpark rules:

  • No outside food or beverages can be brought into the park.
  • If you leave, you are not allowed to re-enter.
  • Tubes and zipline will not be available.
