SWAT is looking for an experienced Technical Director and Coach Mentor to support and mentor our volunteer coaches for the 2025-2026 season.

This new role will focus on fostering a fun, developmentally appropriate coaching environment for our U-7 to U-13 teams. The successful candidate will work closely with our executive board and coaching groups to ensure a consistent and supportive coaching culture across all age groups.
