Event update

Unfortunately, we did not sell enough tickets to move forward with the Nov. 30 event to take place at the World Waterpark. We know many families were looking forward to it, and we appreciate your support and understanding.

We are currently working with West Edmonton Mall to secure a new date – either for an evening before the March 2026 Ice Melter tournament or possibly a night in April 2026. We will confirm the exact date as soon as WEM finalizes availability. For those that purchased tickets, you have two choices:

  1. Keep your spot for the new date. We will hold y our tickets for the rescheduled event. If you change your mind or the new date doesn’t work for you,  you will be able to request a refund later.
  2. Request a refund now. If you would like a refund via cheque, please email swathockey.fundraising@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your name
    • Number of tickets purchased
    • Your mailing address
