Derek Swabb Memorial Fund
The Derek Swabb Memorial Fund was created in 2011 after Derek Swabb passed away following a courageous battle with cancer. Derek and his family were largely involved in numerous sports in the Northeast area of Edmonton, and the fund was created to give back to the community.
If you're in need of financial assistance, please provide a letter/email outlining the financial request, and provide a summary of the current situation/need for the athlete/family. If you are a successful recipient of the funding, you will need to provide a brief letter on how the funds helped you chase your athletic/personal goals.
